Silane transportation is not carried out using large tank trucks like in the case of chlorosilanes; it can be packaged in bottles of 125 Kg or 12 Kg, or transported using tank trucks with a capacity of two to three tons
The chlorosilanes and silanes discussed on the second floor are gases with completely different properties; silanes must never be handled under nitrogen pressure.
