The issue of high acid mist levels may be due to the extremely high amount of acid mist that enters the electrostatic mist collector, exceeding its processing capacity; it could also be caused by problems with the electrostatic mist collector itself, such as issues related to voltage and current, or problems with the electrodes.
Is the electric fog configured in a two-stage series arrangement? The primary secondary current is 50–100 mA, and the secondary secondary current is 200–300 mA.
Check the various process parameters for the electric demisting and drying tower sections; there should be some response.
What is the acid mist level at the electric demisting outlet? Has it been analyzed? If it’s 5mg or less, there’s no problem ; Secondly, it is necessary to determine whether the temperature of the gas entering the drying tower can be increased; ideally, it should be raised to around 35 degrees, in order to prevent a significant drop in the acid temperature and thus avoid an excessive amount of condensed acid being produced ; Third, check whether there are any problems with the foam catcher in the drying tower, and whether the acid separation pipe is overflowing.
