Hello everyone, does anyone know what the specified degree for the conical angle beneath the coal bin in power plants is? Thank you
DL/T5203-2005 specifies that the cross-sectional contraction rate at the outlet section of the silo-type raw coal storage tank should not be greater than 0.7; the diameter at the lower opening should not be less than 600 mm; and the angle between the wall surface of the outlet section and the horizontal plane should not be less than 60°. The angle between the intersection lines of two adjacent walls of a non-cylindrical raw coal silo and the horizontal plane should be no less than 55°, and the angle between the wall surfaces and the horizontal plane should be no less than 60°. For bituminous coals and lignites with high explosiveness or high volatility, as well as a high tendency to self-ignite, the angle between the intersection lines of the adjacent walls and the horizontal plane should be no less than 65°, and the angle between the wall surfaces and the horizontal plane should be no less than 70°.
