(C---E) The issuance of welding base materials shall follow the principle of \"first in, first out\" and \"replace old stock with new stock\"; strict control over quotas and limits must be applied, and no excess issuance is permitted. Regarding the issuance of base metals for welding, the FIRST IN, FIRST OUT principle shall be followed, with strict adhesion to the specified quotas; any excess issuance is not permitted.
This post was last edited by ythwgh8 on 2010-4-29 22:08. This corresponds to an excessive amount of goods being delivered from storage – an excess delivery of cargo from storage. Just for your information: only “No excess delivery of” can be used. . . (item) retrieval from storage is allowed.

FIFO and LIFO mean the same thing; using the abbreviation FIFO will do. ““For excessive distribution,” since the meaning of “distribution” has already been expressed earlier, it should be sufficient to simply use over-quota. “To distribute, I prefer to use \"release\".
