I would like to ask about these two testing methods: what elements can be detected and which ones cannot? Thank you
XRD is generally used to determine heavier atoms following fluorine atoms, and the measurement results are independent of whether they are in a combined state or a molecular state. XRD analysis of samples does not require destructive treatment of the samples, but its sensitivity is not very high, and there are sometimes some interfering factors. ICP can determine all metal elements and some non-metal elements, requiring corresponding sample preparation. It has high detection sensitivity and relatively few interfering factors.
