White light indicates that the air supply volume is greater than the air exhaust volume ; Dark red indicates that the air supply volume is less than the air exhaust volume. Is this statement correct? Fine ash and embers are spraying out from the gap between the grate drive shaft beneath the boiler’s coal bunker and the ash bin in front of the furnace – is this condition caused by positive pressure? However, it can be seen through the observation port that the furnace is not under positive pressure; when the cover of the observation port is opened, an air flow drawing inward can be clearly felt around the opening. What should be done in this situation? Fine ash is emitted in front of the furnace, there is a lot of dust, and the environment is very poor. Unhygienic. Do anyone have any good suggestions?
Fine ash and sparks emerging from the furnace may be caused by the air valve of the first air chamber of the boiler being opened too wide, resulting in an excessive amount of air flowing into that chamber; at the same time, the front arch does not effectively direct the air backward.
If the first air chamber is made smaller, will that affect the time it takes for the coal to burn in the furnace?

I think it is caused by the positive pressure inside the furnace, especially the positive pressure in the burner area.
