The cooling rate at this time is called the optimal cooling curve. All calculations of the theoretical optimal curve require knowledge of the solubility of the crystallization system at different temperatures, crystal growth rate, average crystal particle size and number of crystal grains. The theoretical value calculation process is very complicated and lacks practical application significance. Generally, the optimal cooling curve is explored through experiments, so that the data obtained are both simple and realistic.
