What is the minimum pressure for a pneumatic valve?

The compressed air used for our company’s pneumatic valves is supplied by another company, and due to a lack of coordination, the pressure remains unstable. We are concerned about potential accidents in production, so we would like to know what the minimum pressure required for these pneumatic valves is, so that we can have an idea
I remember that the plant had to shut down when the amount reached 4 kilograms, but it was said that it was possible to reduce it a bit more; it probably depends on the valves

Pneumatic valves include pneumatic control valves and pneumatic shut-off valves; due to differences in structure, there are diaphragm-type and cylinder-type versions, and as a result their required supply pressure varies. Generally, the signal pressure for pneumatic diaphragm control valves is between 0.02 and 0.1 MPa, while the pressure required for pneumatic shut-off valves is around 400–550 kPa. Please confirm what the required pressure value is for the valve being used; if it is below this value, the valve may respond slowly or not at all. The required operating pressure for the valves here is 550 kPa; when it drops to 360 kPa, the valves respond very slowly. It is generally necessary to keep this pressure within the range of 450–550 kPa.
Generally, it should be no less than 0.3 MPa, but specific cases need to be analyzed on a case-by-case basis
The minimum pressure varies among different manufacturers due to differences in process design. But it should generally be kept between 4 and 7 kilograms, with 5-6 kilograms being the ideal amount, as a safety measure
Agree with the person above. One more thing: the pressure setting for the instrument air pressure switch of the fire protection isolation valves in our company is 0.35 MPa
The normal pressure in our company is 2.4 kilograms, with a minimum of not less than 1.6 kilograms

The pressure of the instrument air used for control valves depends on the size of the diaphragm head or cylinder, as well as the size of the valve. The general requirement is 0.4–0.6 MPa. The pressure in the instrument air main pipe of our company is 0.6 MPa.
