How does the boiler control steam pressure and temperature during the extremely hot start of the unit?

At the beginning of starting up a boiler under extremely high temperature conditions, certain measures must be taken to increase the temperature of the superheated steam; for example, increasing the amount of secondary air at the bottom level, using more burners at the upper levels, and raising the flame center. The air volume should be sufficient; it should not be too high. The rate of temperature rise can be increased appropriately. Before starting up, the steam temperature is controlled mainly by adjusting the amount of fuel used, while the steam pressure is controlled by adjusting the opening degrees of the high and low pressure bypasses as well as the exhaust valve. After connecting to the grid, the unit should be loaded as quickly as possible; at that point, cooling water should be introduced in a timely manner, and the air distribution within the furnace should be adjusted to control the rate of steam temperature rise. As the load increases, the steam pressure rises slightly along with the steam temperature. Once the steam temperature and pressure are in balance, the parameters of the unit can be controlled according to the predetermined curve for temperature and pressure increase.
