How can the ash accumulation in equipment such as economizers and superheaters be cleaned away?

After the boiler has been in operation for some time, a considerable amount of ash tends to accumulate on equipment such as superheaters and economizers. However, due to space constraints, it is difficult to clean the ash from these areas. I would appreciate your advice – how do you clean the dust from these areas?
Running? After shutting down the furnace? It seems that not many soot-blowing devices are effective for small furnaces; as far as I know, most people opt to shut down the furnace in order to remove the soot.
For such devices, we can adopt different gray-blue schemes depending on the characteristics of the dust. 1. For relatively clean flue gas, we often use acoustic or shock wave soot blowing ； 2. For flue gas with a high dust content, if smooth tubes are used as the heat exchange surfaces, vibration cleaning can be employed to remove the dust ； If finned tubes are used for the heated surface, multiple acoustic wave cleaning methods can be employed, but the results are not good. 3. For flue gas containing viscous impurities, conventional cleaning methods are ineffective; it is only possible to clean it by using high-pressure water during equipment shutdown for maintenance. If the flue gas contains too much acidic gas, this method can easily reduce the lifespan of the heat exchange surface.
Soot blowers should be installed, such as ultrasonic or shock wave blowers, or steam soot blowers; intermittent soot blowing during operation yields good results – it is not necessary to wait until a large amount of ash has accumulated before taking action
Under the condition that other operating parameters remain unchanged, a pulse soot blower can be considered. A technical agreement can be signed; business matters can be discussed after the issues are resolved based on the results achieved. liweipeng139@126.com
