How is coke screening done in your companies? The screening process in our factory isn’t working well at the moment, and we plan to make improvements; please share your suggestions.
First, use a single-layer sieve to remove those larger than 40; then use a double-layer sieve to separate the particles into those ranging from 40 to 25, those from 25 to 10, and those smaller than 10
I wonder what type of vibrating screen you use for screening?
Based on the requirements of the agreement you signed, as well as considering the quality of the coke produced by the company and the conditions in the coke market, we have chosen a vibrating screen of size 20; it was just replaced recently
The screening of this coke is related to market demands; your customers determine the quality requirements for the coke. The suggestions given on the second floor can be useful – if your customers have higher requirements, you can add another sieve with a 70-mesh size. Using a combination of flat screens and vibrating screens yields better results.
