Our company plans to reuse the coke powder obtained from coke screening in coke production. I would appreciate it if those who have experience with using coke powder in this process could provide some guidance. Thank you

First, the powder is dried, and then ground; the finer the particle size, the better. The typical addition ratio is 3-5%, and the preliminary treatment is rather complicated.
I saw it in use at Shandong Shenglong Coking Co., during my time there; their 800,000-ton solid-state coking process makes use of this technique of adding coke powder to the blending coal, with a typical usage level of 5%. The coke powder that is separated out is first dried and then ground, so that its particle size does not exceed 1 mm.
