Mainly gas chromatography, OES, UV, etc.; MS is generally not required
It depends on your method for producing trichlorosilane and the requirements for the product. For the metal measurement of general raw materials and products, OES/AES is used; for applications with higher precision, MS is employed. Intermediate products such as trichlorosilane/tetrachlorosilane/phosphorus are generally analyzed using GC, while B is determined by UV.
The main ones are ICP-MS and GC
