As the title suggests, I’d like to talk about one thing: the pants I bought last year are very difficult to wear this year; they’re tight around the belly, making it seem like my belly is much bigger. . . . It’s really demoralizing – exercising regularly doesn’t seem to yield any results; it looks like I need to increase the amount of exercise I do. . .
:loveliness: I’m cute too~ Ugh~
Ah, enough about that. My height went straight from 130 to 170 since I graduated from college. Now my big belly is my son’s toy.
3# 494067920 Wow, your belly is really swollen – it’s quite extreme. My weight has also gone up by about 20 pounds, haha. Let’s work out together~~
I weighed only 61-62 KG when I graduated, and now (after 16 years of working) I weigh 85 KG; it’s pretty much the same for everyone, right?
I had maintained a weight of 55 kilograms for several years right after graduating. In 2007, I changed jobs and spent a month in Shanxi eating noodles, which caused my weight to increase by 5 kilograms; From 2008 to Shandong, I ate noodles for a few more months, and now my weight is 77 kilograms! It actually took me two and a half years to go from being a football star to a football-shaped fat guy – what a failure. . . . . . .
We walk to and from work; it usually takes us 25 minutes to get to work on foot. If you don’t ride a bike, you’re less likely to get fat~ Hehe~ That’s great; everyone should try not to commute by bike or take a taxi~
Why do everyone get fat? I’ve also gained 20 pounds
It seems the same for everyone; I’ve also gained at least 20 pounds, and my belly is now quite noticeable. Ah… there’s nothing to do about it!
It seems **he’s right; one needs to strengthen their physique by exercising more.**
