Warnings when using the Gridich software

What should be the translation for the following warning that appears when using the Gridch software? For tower diameter less than 900mm; design for less than 75% flood
In my opinion: for tower diameters less than 900 mm, a value of less than 75% flooding ratio should be adopted in the design.

This regulation applies to traditional plate towers; packed towers and new types of plate towers are not subject to this restriction. However, this software cannot calculate new types of plate towers. What profession does the original poster belong to?
