One distillation tower. The reboiler has insufficient processing capacity; the bottom temperature is low and cannot be increased. Too little dry gas and liquefied gas are produced at the top of the tower, while the C5+ naphtha produced at the bottom contains a high proportion of light components. I don’t want to stop the process for now; I just want to make the product at the bottom of the tower meet the required standards, as well as the light components there. Please give detailed guidance on how to make the adjustments.
Reducing the pressure appropriately can also help to lower the reflux ratio; you might want to give that a try.
