Our factory’s electric furnace zinc powder production line has just started operating; since we have no prior experience in zinc powder production, there are many things we don’t understand. We hope that those with experience in this field will share their insights. Our factory uses the submerged arc furnace method to produce zinc powder. Production is generally running smoothly at present, but there are some issues that arise during the manufacturing process. For example, the temperature of the furnace fails to rise, it’s difficult to monitor the slag, the quality of the slag is poor, and zinc powder doesn’t come out properly during extraction. Have you encountered similar problems? Also, regarding the ingredients, what range is your alkalinity R kept within?
