Blockage issue of the water separation vessel in the torch tank

The thermal torch tank of the cracking unit is equipped with a water separation vessel; the butadiene emissions tend to polymerize, which can cause blockages in this vessel. Do anyone have any good solutions?
It is necessary to determine whether the blockage is caused by butadiene auto-polymerization or some other factor, in order to take the right corrective action.
