The simplest method is to use four light bulbs to represent the four locations, sharing one alarm horn. Four dry contact signals come from four different sources; they are connected in series into the relay coil circuit, while the light bulbs are connected in series into the relay contact circuits. Use the relay auxiliary contact to connect the alarm horn.

It is a digital alarm: a button is used on-site, while an audio-visual alarm is provided in the control room. Should this device be powered by 24V or 220V? Also, should the signal setting be normally open or normally closed? Which option is safer?
It is better to use normally closed contacts; if a wired connection is used, what will happen if there is a problem with such a long cable and it becomes impossible to send alerts? Safety first! With a circuit using normally closed contacts, false alarms are the most common issue; there are no cases of no alarms at all!
