Looking for Aspen Plus video tutorials

My supervisor has now assigned me the task of working on the control of distillation towers, and I need to start learning from scratch*. I still haven’t mastered the basics yet, which is really frustrating. Could someone provide me with some introductory materials? Thank you so much, I’m really grateful!
