18 problems with reduction furnaces

I would like to know which domestic manufacturers are using 18-pair reduction furnaces imported from Germany. What are the differences compared to 12-pair furnaces, such as furnace size and the distribution of air inlets? Additionally, I noticed from the material balance sheet that the maximum feed rate of trichlorosilane for the 18 sets of furnaces is only 800 pairs of KG; I’m not sure what the actual situation is in production.

The truth might not be that at all; with 18 pairs of rods, it is possible to achieve a higher number of silicon rods per unit area compared to 24 pairs of rods, which means better heat collection efficiency in the reduction furnace. Moreover, 24 pairs is not the standard approach used in China
Well, I agree with what was said above; the current direction should be 30 pairs or even better rods
I think each has its advantages; German company Wacker prefers 12-barrels systems, and many of its data figures are based on that setup.
