Are the ITCC event records inconsistent with the INTOUCH alarm events?

Today, the unit experienced temperature alarms. According to the alarms displayed on Intouch, several different temperatures were triggering alarms, but when checking the SOE records from Tricon, it was found that only one temperature was giving frequent alarms. Upon further verification, it was confirmed that indeed only this one temperature was causing the alarms. Why is there such a large difference between the alarm records from these two systems? Also, it needs to be confirmed whether all the points that have triggered alarms will alarm again after turning off intouch and then turning it back on – will alarms need to be set off once more?
My experience is that the records of police reports should be based on the SOE; the lower-level data should take precedence. As the original poster mentioned, there might be issues with the higher-level configuration, and there is definitely some subtle connection between them. Additionally, even after turning off INTOUCH, there are still the remaining alarm messages, which need to be confirmed again.
It seems that there is an issue with the description of the alerts in our Intouch system, which is why I see alerts for all temperature points. But the question is: are the alerts triggered based on the descriptions, or based on the actual location of the alerting points?
In INTOUCH, there are many alarms due to the internal alarms and simulated alarms it has. In ITCC, there is only one digital alarm, and this alarm usually appears in INTOUCH as well. That’s why there are so many alarms in INTOUCH
I think it has to do with the settings; the alarms set in INTOUCH are those of the upper-level system, while those of Tricon are those of the lower-level system. By setting additional alarms in INTOUCH that aren’t present in Tricon, more alarms are generated as a result.
The lower-level machine should be taken as the standard; there might be some issues with the tag names used in the upper-level machine
