How should the clamps be placed on each heat exchange tube around each layer of the tube bundle? How many pipe clamps should be installed at the beginning and end of the heat exchange tubes where they enter and exit the tube bundle? How many pipe clamps should be evenly distributed around the middle section of the pipe body, and what are the requirements for the distance between them? For example: if the winding height around the tube body is 6070 mm and the effective length of the heat exchange tubes is 17000 mm, how many tube clamps should be installed?
After reviewing some drawings of coiled tubes, it was concluded that around 7 pipe clamps are generally placed at the beginning and end of the coiled tube section, while in the middle section, one pipe clamp is placed approximately every 1 meter, depending on the effective length of the heat exchange tubes. This is merely a design requirement; during production in the workshop, workers generally use it as a reference, and it’s sufficient as long as the desired result is achieved.
