For high-tower urea-based compound fertilizers, should vibrating screens or drum screens be used? It seems there are also differences between vibrating mesh screens and other types of vibrating screens; it’s not clear which one is better, nor where they are manufactured. I would appreciate some advice from colleagues in this field.
Vibratory screens vibrate as a whole, while screen vibrators only vibrate the screening mesh; they are also suitable for use in fertilizer factories.
The vibrating screen doesn’t work well; a roller screen is still the better option. The only problem is that there is a lot of dust, and also, what to do with the material that comes back after screening?
All of them are useful; the rolling screen operates in a less favorable environment, while the vibrating screen performs better, and its use is increasing more and more these days
