Historical alarm records for CS3000 cannot be found!

As the title suggests, after entering a historical time period, no historical reports are found via search. What is the reason for this?
Has too much time passed? Typically, a DCS sets a retention period, and data is deleted after that time
It seems there is a time limit for storage
Historical trends have a time setting; after a certain period, the records are moved to another location, depending on how it’s configured. It should be visible once copied to the root directory
