PKS system alarm issues

Recently, the PKS operation station has been emitting alarms frequently, but there are no indications or flashes for either process alarms or system alarms, and production operations are proceeding normally; it is therefore determined that these alarms are not caused by those two aspects. Checking the event window reveals the following message: Error Accessing restored archives, Install Internet Information Services. Could this be the reason for the alarm? Is the IIS service not enabled? ?
The system isn’t maintained by you alone, right? Someone tried to restore archived events on the server, but an error occurred, which is why an alarm was triggered. Additionally, if the IIS service isn’t started, that can also cause an alarm.
