I’m begging for an explanation or a schematic diagram of the carbon dioxide stripping process (without medium pressure). I’ve been working these days on modifying the plan for 1.04 million tons to one for 520,000 tons; I wanted to finish it and send it out as soon as possible so that everyone could provide guidance, but I’m still in the process of making the changes. But upon closer inspection, I found it to be different from the low-pressure system I need; therefore, I kindly request a simple diagram for reference in making the adjustments. :dizzy:

This is because I need a urea production plant that uses a single carbon dioxide stripping process, in order to compare it with the batch reactors I am considering, and to see what aspects require attention or further study. I still haven’t finished that diagram either.
This post was last edited by Xieshui on 2010-5-20 at 19:53. There are already many 2000+ tank-type condensers used for CO2 stripping in China – in Hainan, Inner Mongolia, Yinchuan, and other places. I hope you’ll come to learn more once all of them are in use*.
