Please advise, how are plasticizers produced?

Our facility uses polymerization reactors with a capacity of 70 cubic meters to produce polyvinyl chloride via the suspension method, employing the Beier Process. However, after each batch of material is produced in the reactor, there is a large amount of plasticizer in the filter. Is this phenomenon normal? Are there any areas that need improvement in future production?
A large amount of plasticizers? How much? Each time, it’s about half a bag, more or less. Plasticization is related to the reactor.
It seems that the reactor needs to be cleaned. Additionally, it is necessary to obtain from the manufacturer of the polymerization reactor the data from its flow field simulation tests, to check whether there are any dead zones in the reactor’s flow field.
