Carbonization tower: In accordance with the operating procedures, flush the water tank and strictly follow the standard flushing procedures to ensure an effective cooling effect after flushing. 2. Strengthen the cleaning operations of the cleaning tower to ensure effective cleaning, and increase the CO2 concentration in the cleaning solution as much as possible ; 3. Wash the titanium plate wheels with carbonization solution, and carry out acid washing once a month to ensure that heat is removed as early as possible, thereby reducing the load on the cooling water tank of the alkali production tower. 4. Ensure that the temperature of the three sections of gas is maintained at the lower limit within the acceptable range. II. Filtration process: Acid-wash the titanium plates used for washing, ensuring that the washing temperature remains within the specified range. III. Evaporation and absorption process: 1. The waste dilute titanium plate should be pickled once a month to ensure that the water temperature entering the pure ammonia tower is kept as low as possible. 2.
