The meaning of a heat exchanger model specification (G400-IV-16-20)

Today, I came across the following heat exchanger model in a document: G400-IV-16-20. I’m not sure what it means; it seems to be a model designation from before the GB151-1999 standard. Could a familiar friend please explain this? Thank you!
