What are the large coal gasification-related projects in Inner Mongolia? Does the gasifier use a moving bed, a fluidized bed or an entrained bed? Which stoves are used more? Thank you for your replies.
There are more air flow beds, mainly Texaco and pulverized coal gasification.
MCSG technology is also used a lot.
Search this forum and you’ll find it everywhere, and you’ll get* * There are three approved by the National Development and Reform Commission: 1. Datang Keshten Banner 4 billion cubic meters per year 2. Inner Mongolia Huineng Ordos 1.6 billion cubic meters per year 3. Datang Liaoning Fuxin 4 billion cubic meters per year
Thank you, I'm grateful. But Fuxin, Liaoning, is not Inner Mongolia.
Reply 5# wjh030310@163 Haha, yes, I wrote about Fuxin, Liaoning, not Inner Mongolia. Do you know what gasification technology and methanation technology were selected for the three projects? ? ?
Reply 6# Die Feng~Meng Ning has it in the forum. If you search it, the gasification uses coal-water slurry gasification. But I don’t think it is very uneconomical to use coal-water slurry? The methane content is very low, and methanation reaction is still needed.
Brother, the Datang project is pressurized gasification of crushed coal and moving bed.

Reply 8# Red Heart Grass should be a project of Datang in Duolun. This place is relatively close to my home. Haha, it seems to be 48 Lucci gasifiers. However, I did see some new projects on the forum, and most of them use coal-water slurry. They may use Lurgi furnaces, and subsequent wastewater treatment is difficult or expensive.
