We intend to convert several small coke ovens into a single solid-state coke oven with a capacity of 600,000 tons or 1,000,000 tons by using a method of equal-volume replacement. We are currently carrying out preliminary feasibility studies in this regard. Since we want to understand the investment requirements first before approaching design firms for further work, we would like to ask experts how much the investment for such a project is roughly, and what the various components of that investment would be. The investment must meet industry standards; these include costs related to the coke oven equipment itself, construction costs, and investments in various chemical recovery processes. If any expert has relevant information, please share it with me or provide some guidance. I really appreciate it. My email address is: 190623209@qq.com
The investment for 1 million tons of compacted coke is roughly 1 to 1.2 billion, with equipment costs and steel prices having a significant impact.
Thank you, but I need a slightly more detailed breakdown of the investment details. I’ve already gotten an overview of the overall investment, so thanks. Could someone provide me with more detailed information? :loveliness:
I’ll take care of it myself; I hope the experts here will be kind enough to give me some advice. My boss is waiting for me to finish writing the project description:dizzy:
An investment of around 870 million yuan is required to produce 1 million tons of coke, while about 600 million yuan is needed for 600,000 tons. This mainly depends on the type of equipment chosen. The investment amount I mentioned is considered reasonable; for key equipment, well-known manufacturers should be used, whereas for some less essential minor components, second-rate manufacturers can suffice
Do you understand coking investment? It’s complete nonsense.
My estimate is that, excluding the cost of land, the investment cost for equipment of medium to high quality per ton of coke (excluding dry quenching) is around 500–550 yuan per ton; when dry quenching is included, it’s about 700–750 yuan per ton. This is not intended for use in design purposes, but only as a reference.
