Seeking advice on certification exams

Currently, I work with equipment in an oil refinery. Which type of engineer certification would be best for me? I would appreciate it if those with experience could advise me. Thank you!
I’m also in the chemical engineering field; for our major, one takes the exam to become a registered chemical engineer, and after passing that exam, one becomes a senior engineer. Most of the content covered in this basic exam has already been learned; the professional exams are difficult to pass, as they involve many practical applications. One must pass the basic exam before taking the specialized one, but the basic exam can be skipped; seven years of work experience counts as passing it.
