What causes the coal-loading dust collection bags at the coke oven floor dust removal station to catch fire?
It’s possible that the smoke contains embers. . .
The main issue is that the flue gas from coking dust removal contains sparks; therefore, a flame arrester is needed before this gas enters the bag filter to capture all those sparks. Another problem is that the temperature of the flue gas is too high – the maximum operating temperature for the bags in a bag filter is around 200 degrees
The coal loading time is too long; check the cold air valve.

The cloth bag hadn’t been replaced for a long time, and the coal tar on it caught fire when exposed to sparks
