Our system conducts preliminary checks by mixing laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid with water, using a pressure testing device to spray it on each flange valve, and then checking visually to see if bubbles appear. Is there a better method or something better to use instead?
If it’s a halogen-based piping system, electronic instruments can be used for inspection, provided that such a medium is present in the pipes. In most cases, leak detection has to be done by checking each flange one by one, which is quite tedious, haha

It is essential to conduct a thorough inspection; otherwise, leaks after driving the vehicle will be very difficult to deal with. For example, in the case of chlorosilane pipelines, consideration must be given to draining the fluid and performing replacement (if sealing isn’t possible).
