Someone else posted that your filters need to be purged every day, and they should be thoroughly cleaned before driving the equipment. I would like to know which production unit supplies your feed gas, to see if the problem lies in another unit; I also want to check whether there are any blockages in your purging pipelines. If your steam and nitrogen purging pipelines are blocked, then purging with N2 will not have any effect.
When was it put into operation! In addition to paraffin, there are also powdered desulfurization system conversion and synthesis catalysts, as well as various residues. Although these have been blown away, improper operation during production can still lead to the crushing of the catalysts. You should also analyze the composition of the residues at the filter to find out what is causing the blockage. If the equipment has been in use for a short time and there are many impurities, this is quite normal; the key is to control the operating conditions. If it’s paraffin, then it’s not a filtering issue – you need to check whether there’s a problem with the manufacturing process. It’s not possible to filter several times a day; there might be other reasons as well. First, check what the substance causing the blockage is!
