Selection of diaphragm plate and frame filter presses

My solution has a solid content of around 3%, and the solids are in the form of nanoscale powder. Can a diaphragm plate and frame filter press be used? It’s better to thicken it first and then filter by pressure. Please give me some advice; thank you very much
It’s a bit difficult; the particles are at the nanoscale, measuring 10 to the power of -9 millimeters in size – even smaller than ions. Could some diatomaceous earth be added to the solution to help with adsorption before filtration? Direct filtration might cause the filter fabric to get clogged. The solid concentration isn’t very high, so it should be possible to increase the size of the particles through adsorption.
Can plate and frame filtration achieve the nanoscale? I would like to ask whether nanoscale filters are available at present?

The finest filter fabric in China can retain particles as small as 1 micron. If it’s too detailed, it won’t work; it would be fine if it can be made more concentrated.
