Why isn’t anyone responding? Isn’t the discharge through two pipes stable? Most designs also use two pipes for discharge. But why did some factories change it to one pipe? The documentation also states that it’s possible to use one pipe instead

I saw it in a document on CO2 stripping; it said that some plants have switched to using one pipe for discharging the product. I’m wondering why they made such a change, and I’m not sure yet which specific plants have done this

I’ve been to many factories, but I’ve never seen a single discharge pipe.
A condenser with a low production capacity, designed as a single tube leading to the synthesis tower, should work fine; after all, the gas and liquid flow together. Experts say that using two tubes for gas and liquid separation doesn’t ensure very clear separation. Making the tube larger avoids the need for openings in high-pressure containers, but when production volume increases, finding a large enough tube might present difficulties.
