Regarding propylene feed liquefied gas

For our company’s propylene raw material storage tanks, the proportion of propane mixed with propylene at the time of purchasing the raw materials stored there was around 45%, but recent analyses of samples taken from these tanks show that this proportion is around 3%. What’s going on here? ? (Ruled out due to sampling methods and analytical instruments)
One possibility is that, after a long period of equilibrium and stabilization, the gas and liquid finally reach equilibrium, with their compositions changing to some extent compared to the initial state.
