Coils can be managed separately from equipment

For the coil on the normal pressure storage tank, the working pressure of the storage tank is less than 0.1MPa, the heating steam pressure in the coil is greater than 0.1MPa, and the PV is >2.5 MPa.L. In this way, the coil and the storage tank can be managed separately. Isn't it managed as a single piece of equipment for a multi-cavity pressure vessel?

Secondly, I think that if the coil is independent and fully enclosed with respect to the inner cylinder, it can be managed independently if it is not welded to the cylinder.； Otherwise it is a multi-cavity pressure vessel
