Lead process engineers in the design institute: 3 persons (2 with over 10 years of experience, 1 with over 5 years of experience); annual salary ranging from around 100,000 to 250,000. Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for implementing process design standards, procedures, specifications, and technical requirements； 2. In accordance with the project plan requirements, determine the staffing needs for each phase ； 3. Proficient in the processes and technologies of desulfurization projects, with an understanding of the industry’s development trends. 2. Business Manager: 1-2 positions. Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the bidding process for the company’s desulfurization projects ； 2. Responsible for the business negotiations regarding the EPC contract for the company’s desulfurization project ； 3. Participate in information consulting work related to the company’s desulfurization market. Job requirements: 1. A full-time bachelor’s degree or higher ； 2. At least 5 years of experience in negotiating desulfurization projects, with a good understanding of such projects ； 3. Possess experience in EPC contract negotiations, and have a good understanding of the desulfurization industry ； Possesses good comprehensive qualities and strong communication and coordination skills. (Treatment interview) 3. 1 standardization auditor for design institutes – experience of over 20 years working in power or chemical engineering design institutes is required; familiarity with design process standards is sufficient. Retired staff from design institutes are also eligible. It is primarily responsible for standardizing the design process and providing supervisory advisory services. 4 Chief Engineer of the company (annual salary of around 300,000–500,000). Job responsibilities: 1. A senior management position; assists the decision-making team in formulating the company’s development strategy, is responsible for short-term and long-term corporate decisions and strategies within his/her area of responsibility, and plays a key role in achieving the company’s medium- and long-term goals ； 2. Proficient in desulfurization technologies, with knowledge of the latest technical methods in the industry ； Able to grasp the technological trends and business developments in the industry, and to have unique insights into key technologies ； 4. Possess strong communication, coordination, organizational, and team-building skills, and share the company’s spirit ； 5. Possess the qualification of senior engineer. 5. Deputy Chief Engineer for Equipment (annual salary of around 150,000–300,000). Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the procurement of equipment for the company’s various desulfurization projects, as well as providing guidance and supervision over the equipment manufacturing process ； 2. Guide the setting of various technical parameters for the equipment used in the company’s desulfurization project, to ensure the stable operation of the equipment ； 3. Responsible for regularly organizing inspections and evaluations of the management of engineering mobile equipment, in order to identify potential issues with the equipment ； 4. Organize or participate in the handling of major equipment accidents ； 5. Organize the review of technical measures and maintenance plans, and participate in the completion acceptance ； Qualifications: 1. A bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as machinery, process control, or automation ； 2. More than 8 years of experience in equipment supervision and management in industries such as power and chemicals ； 3. Proficient in understanding the technical parameters and operating data of common chemical process dynamic and static equipment, with extensive experience in equipment selection and supervision during manufacturing.
