How are the specific consumption indicators for various raw materials and energy costs in the production of caustic soda using ion exchange membranes determined? How to calculate it? What amount of tolerance is allowed based on theoretical calculations? # hcbbs
There should be a standard document for calculation, one that specifies how much chlorine, caustic soda, and hydrogen are consumed.
The consumption indicators can refer to Document No. 74 issued by the National Development and Reform Commission in 2007
