Issues with online replacement of zirconia in ABB?

This post was last edited by tzsn63 on 2010-5-25 at 19:59. The zirconia nozzle of the ABB unit is damaged and needs to be replaced online; the temperature reaches over 800 degrees. Does any member here have experience with such online replacements? Please share your insights.
We use a domestically produced zirconia analyzer, with a temperature of around 800 degrees as well； However, since the flue of the circulating fluidized bed is under negative pressure, it can be replaced online ； Be careful when removing it; obtain a work permit, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, put on protective gloves and glasses, have someone supervise the process, carry out the operation from the side, and complete it as quickly as possible.
Is the zirconium tip made of ceramic, and could it break due to a sudden rise in temperature?

We have used Yokogawa oxygen analyzers; when replacing them online, be careful of high temperatures and power disconnection. And the valve switch for the reference gas. Generally, the heating process is controlled by a heating curve timing.
