I have submitted a lot of resumes online and received a lot of interview calls. But now the question is what reason should I give for asking for leave? It seems that I have used all the reasons I can, and some of them are companies from other places, such as Jiaxing, Taicang, and Shanghai (I am in Hangzhou). Generally, it takes a day to go to the interview. Do you have any good ideas? Can you give me some suggestions?
Go to one every weekend. If there is something going on at home, there is no need to explain it too clearly.
One of our colleagues received an interview notice and wanted to go for an interview. When it came time to ask for leave, his boss pushed him around and it took a week to get the approval! Damn it, I feel like it’s better to look for someone after I quit my job. I can seize the opportunity at any time!

After you get the interview notice, analyze whether the company is worth taking time off to interview. You don't have to go to every interview, which is a waste of time and energy.
Now we have annual leave every year, you can take advantage of it
