Oil tank corrosion allowance

We now have a project. The design institute has set the corrosion allowance of all dirty oil tanks, crude oil storage tanks, etc. on the tank top, tank bottom, and pipe wall to be 1mm. I would like to ask, heroes, is this design reasonable? Please tell us the relevant regulatory basis, thank you!
This depends on your corrosive environment. Generally, in chlor-alkali or chlorine chemical industry, the corrosion allowance is ≥1.5mm. It is recommended that you check the specifications.
