Accounts registered before May 22nd didn’t get upgraded at that time. What should be done now?

Now there are no tests available, nor any tasks for new users. This account still belongs to a new user. What should I do? Has it been invalidated? :L
That account is called Cottonfish; it can’t do anything now~
If they are new students, they can do the beginner tasks. Those who have already taken the exams must be in either the first or second grade, so there is no conflict with their current level.

The reminder section is completely empty, and there’s no option for newcomer tasks in the forum tasks either. So I’m in a situation where I want to do those newcomer tasks but can’t. Well, in that case there’s no choice but to give up; but it’s still possible to register now
