The issue of obtaining certificates after changing jobs

I passed the basic course exam for registered chemical engineers two years ago, and now I am planning to work in another province. Do I still need to take the basic course exam if I go there? Is it to take the specialized subject exam directly? Do I still need to get some kind of certificate?
There is no need to take the basic exam anymore; those who meet the requirements for the desired major can directly apply for the specialized exam.
