How to determine the true specific gravity of aluminum oxide!

In order to prevent unqualified products from flowing into downstream customers, the company has strengthened various inspection efforts. However, we have not been able to find a standard method for the determination of the true specific gravity of aluminum oxide. Is there any relevant standard? Add a certain mass of aluminum oxide to a certain volume of gasoline (120#) and look at the volume increase to measure the specific gravity.
