About postgraduate professional title evaluation

I am a young master and have just arrived at the Design Institute. My employer has said that I will become a full-time employee in three months. When should I be evaluated as an assistant and as an intermediate professional? Will you become an assistant after becoming a full-time employee? If anyone knows, please tell me. Thanks!

The seniority requirements vary from place to place. Call and ask your unit’s human resources department and you will get a satisfactory answer.
