This phenomenon is often encountered in our old units. The production flow meter of our ammonia warehouse, the liquid level of the ammonia warehouse, and the ammonia flow meter for urea sometimes do not match up. This is because the liquid level of the ammonia warehouse is greatly affected by temperature. I wonder if you have noticed that the liquid level of the ammonia warehouse rises very high when the temperature is high during the day, and drops a lot at night. In addition, the flow meter itself may not be accurate.
Our watches are not up to par, but after a long period of exploration and calculation, we have found that it is a good choice to use one of the watches to calculate production consumption. Using two watches will cause a lot of trouble.
